Private Introductory Sessions

Most people who begin a yoga or Tai Chi class have many questions and may feel apprehensive about what to expect. If you are interested to try our program, we recommend beginning with a Private Introductory Session. A trained Instructor will guide you through a sample class and give you a personal check up; addressing points such as flexibility, balance, back/neck/shoulder conditions, mind-body coordination, stress levels and alignment. Take a tour of our studio, meet your instructor and enjoy a warm cup of tea. 1 Hour Private Introductory Session is only $25.
