Body and Brain Yoga & Tai Chi, we learn how to enhance our

wholeness within us so that we can gain mastery of our body, mind
and spirit. Simply

our training allows our students to feel healthy, happy and peaceful.

stress. We focus not only on relieving stress but on understanding

interconnection
of our body and our brain in the creation of all disease. We seek
