At Body and Brain Yoga & Tai Chi, we learn how to enhance our physical, mental and

spiritual strength. The ultimate goal of our program is to awaken and develop the integrity

and wholeness within us so that we can gain mastery of our body, mind and spirit. Simply

put, our training allows our students to feel healthy, happy and peaceful.

 

For most people, the first step along this path is through healing their physical body and

relieving stress. We focus not only on relieving stress but on understanding the

interconnection of our body and our brain in the creation of all disease. We seek to empower

students with the knowledge, the skills and the training to be able to regain balance, and will

give you the personal attention you deserve to gain the confidence, discipline and

motivation to pursue your highest self.
